Order

Wholesale prices are for a minimum order of 20 pieces (mixed paintings), Retail prices are for an order of less than 20 pieces.

Rates
  1. All prices are in Euros.
  2. There are wholesale prices (minimum 20 pieces paintings), and retail prices (orders bellow 20 pieces).
  3. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  4. The prices exclude: Shipping, Handling, and documents.

Payment

  1. A deposit of 50% of the total cost required to secure your order, and the balance must be paid when the order is ready to be shipped.
  2. A full payment is required for order below 500 Euros.
  3. Payment is to be made via Bank Transfer (T/TS) to Bali Exotic Painting account.

All charges from the Bank transferS or online payments are to be paid by the customer.

Production time (for wholesale order)

  1. Production time takes approximately 2 – 3 weeks since the deposit reached our bank account.
  2. To prevent any error and to shorten the transaction time, please email us the bank transfer order as soon as possible, so we can track your deposit.
  3. We will notify you if there was any delay in the production time.

Shipping info (for wholesale order)

  1. We ship directly from Bali – Indonesia
  2. Shipping to most European ports takes approximately 4 weeks from Indonesia. Shipping to Asia/Southeast Asia destinations takes approximately 2 weeks by cargo, and for other countries please inform us of the country of destination and we will let you know the shipping cost and approximate delivery schedule.
  3. Total shipping cost is depending on the volume and/or quantity of the shipment.

Production time (for Retail order)
Production time for retail orders takes approximately 2 – 3 days for abstract and pop art paintings; for realistic paintings it takes 4 – 7 days.

Shipping Info (For Retails Order)

  1. We send the paintings by EMS (Express Mail Service).
  2. The shipment takes 7 – 10 days depending on the destination.
  3. EMS cost depends on the destination and the volume and/or quantity.
Cancellation

In case of cancellation the deposit is lost, unless you notify us to be willing to make another order in the near future, then we will keep your deposit for a future order.
